forse è già stata fatta questa domanda ma, esiste un tema modello "ITALIA" per Drupal, come se volessi fare un sito web simile a governo.it
Sono approdato su un sito web developers.italia.it ma dicono che:
Other projects, such as sites for schools, themes for the main CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, Plone, Entando, etc.) and generators of static sites (Hugo, Jekyll, etc.), are under evaluation or planning. The only one currently available, still under construction, is the Wordpress Theme.

Si esiste, e' un tema drupal realizzato sulle specifiche linee guida per la pubblica amministrazione
https://www.agid.gov.it/it/argomenti/linee-guida-design-pa, l'ho usato pure io. Pero' era in drupal 7. Occorrerebbe vedere se esiste la versione drupal 8.
